This site is the official Moyel catalog, and the ordering itself happens with our retail partners. When you hit the availability button on a product page, you land in the partner checkout, and their logistics take over from there.

Short version: we curate and describe the socks; the partner packs and ships them. Delivery terms on the partner page are the ones that count.

Typical delivery windows

Standard delivery inside the continental US usually runs 2 to 5 business days.
Expedited options, where offered, cut that to 1 or 2 business days.
Alaska, Hawaii and US territories may add a few days depending on the carrier.

Free shipping

Most of our partners waive the delivery fee once your cart passes their threshold, commonly around 35 US dollars. Socks being socks, pairing two or three designs usually gets you there, which is also just good gifting math.

Tracking

Tracking numbers come from the partner by email after dispatch. Questions about a shipment in transit go to the partner support team; they see the parcel, we do not.

Advent calendars and blanket hoodies

Bulkier items from the Cozy & Beyond shelf, like blanket hoodies and advent calendars, sometimes ship in their own box and can arrive separately from socks in the same order. That is normal, not a lost parcel.
